After years in the corporate world—not prioritizing my needs, disconnected from my body, and out of alignment with my soul’s purpose—I eventually burned out. That experience became a turning point. It taught me that true clarity doesn't come from pushing harder, but from creating space to listen inward, reconnect, and move forward with intention.

I created this circle as a space to do just that—to gently reconnect with yourself, notice what’s been holding you back, and begin calling in what you truly desire through guided meditation, journaling, and intentional reflection.
