Reiki Healing

For People & Animals

Reiki is a Japanese energy practice rooted in Universal Life Force Energy, the energy that flows through all living things. Jennifer offers Reiki sessions online and in person, creating a quiet opportunity to slow down, settle your energy, and reconnect with yourself. Reiki is also available for animals, including horses, goats, pigs, alpacas, dogs, cats, and rabbits.

How Reiki Supports You

People come to Reiki for many different reasons, including stress, emotional exhaustion, feeling overwhelmed, pain, physical recovery, illness, fertility and infertility, or simply feeling out of balance.

Each session is personalized to you and guided intuitively by Jennifer. Reiki offers time to pause, relax, and reconnect with yourself while supporting your body's natural ability to restore balance. Your session includes chakra clearing and balancing, and intuitive guidance.

You may experience deep relaxation, warmth, tingling, stillness, emotional release, or a sense of calm and clarity. There is nothing you need to prepare or achieve. You simply arrive, settle in, and receive.

Reiki can be a complementary practice alongside medical treatment and other forms of care. It is not a replacement for medical diagnosis or treatment.

Online Reiki

Receive Reiki from the comfort of your own home.

Online Reiki can take place through a live Zoom session or as a distance session using a recent photo.

During a live Zoom session, Jennifer connects with your energy remotely and guides you through the experience. For distance Reiki, you provide a recent photo and Jennifer connects with your energy and sends Reiki without you needing to be online at the same time.

Online Reiki can be especially supportive when you are recovering at home, travelling, unable to attend an in person session, or simply prefer receiving Reiki in your own surroundings.

Reiki for Animals

Animals are naturally sensitive to their surroundings and the energy around them.

Jennifer offers Reiki for animals as a calming and supportive experience, working intuitively and allowing each animal to participate in their own way.

Animal Reiki is available for:

Horses · Goats · Pigs · Alpacas · Dogs · Cats · Rabbits · Cows

Reiki can be offered to animals for relaxation, emotional support, during times of change or recovery, or simply as a nurturing wellness practice.

Sessions can take place with animals in their familiar environment or online, depending on the animal and the circumstances.

During a Reiki session for pets, I will channel healing energy while your pet is comfortably lying down or resting. Pets are highly intuitive and often respond to Reiki with calmness and relaxation. It’s a soothing experience that promotes healing and balance.

For online sessions, I require a photo or video of your pet. They don’t need to be on video for the full session or even at all.
