Every session begins where you are. Not where a framework says you should be. I tune into your energy intuitively and follow the thread of what wants to move, what wants to be heard, and what wants to be released.
Depending on what you need, we might move through Channelled Guided Meditation received intuitively in real time and specific to you and this moment. Reiki energy healing to clear what the mind has tried to release but the body is still holding. Heartwork practices you carry into your life between sessions, because this journey does not begin and end in our time together. Sometimes creative reflection, using art or writing as a mirror to access what words alone cannot reach.
Not every session looks the same. Not every person needs the same thing. That is the point.
What stays constant is the intention. To guide you back into yourself. To help you hear the voice that has been there all along. The one that knows your soul's path. The one that has always known.
You do not need to arrive knowing what you need. That is my work.

After earning my Bachelor of Fine Arts, I found myself in the corporate world — disconnected from the creativity and purpose I had always felt most alive in. At 26, I trusted the pull of something deeper and spent time traveling and volunteering across seven countries in Africa. I have built and sold a business. I have sat with grief. I have learned what it means to follow your soul when the path is not clear.
Now, with over 15 years in wellness, business, and intuitive guidance, I hold space for others at exactly the threshold I once stood at.

I have walked this path. I know the terrain.
My name is Jennifer. I am a soul path mentor, Reiki practitioner, and guide for dreamers who have spent years showing up for everything and somewhere along the way, lost the thread back to themselves.
After years of burnout that looked like capability on the outside and quiet disappearing on the inside, I found my way back not by doing more, but by learning to be still enough to hear what had always been there.
That return became my life's work. I hold space for people to pause, breathe, and remember what they came here to create. Through Reiki, breathwork, channeled meditation, and Soul Path Mentorship that meets you at every level.
I am not here to give you a formula. I am here to guide you back to yourself.

Yes. We begin exactly where you are. No background or belief system required. Openness is enough.
We begin simply. You share what is present and I listen. If you are not sure what to focus on, I tune into your energy and we begin where the blocks are. From there we move through automatic writing, a channelled guided meditation, Reiki energy clearing, and oracle card guidance. You receive heartwork between sessions and integration notes after every session, so the journey continues beyond our time together.
A single session gives you something real. Stillness, clarity, a loosening of what has been held tight. The guided journey builds over time. I come to know your energy, your patterns, your gifts. Each session opens something the last one prepared. The heartwork accumulates. The channelled meditations go deeper.
No. The Soul Clarity Call is exactly the right place to feel into that together. Come as you are.
Yes, all sessions take place online via video call. Many people find the privacy of their own space deepens the work. You do not need to be in British Columbia to work with me.
Many people do. We will cross that bridge together when we arrive at it.
Sessions can be rescheduled with 48 hours notice. Because this work requires real commitment from both of us, packages are non-refundable once we begin — though every session is held with full care and intention.
