This evening is a chance to step out of that rhythm and return to yourself.
Through breath and guided meditation, the nervous system begins to settle, the body softens, and the noise of the outer world quiets.
You don’t need to come with a plan or an intention.
Just come as you are.

This is a guided evening of breathwork and meditation designed to help you slow down, release what’s been held in the body, and reconnect within.
You don’t need experience. You will be guided throughout.

Conscious Connected Breathwork, a guided breathing practice that supports emotional release, relaxation, and a deeper connection within.

About Your Guide
Jennifer Kanyumwa is the founder of Mujen Community.
She guides people who feel stuck or exhausted in life or work to reconnect with themselves and move forward with clarity.
Through breathwork, meditation, Reiki, mentorship, and art for self-reflection, she creates space for the noise of the outer world to quiet, so you can hear what’s within and move forward with clarity.
