Jennifer, founder of Mujen Community is a certified Reiki, breathwork, meditation practitioner and art coach who specializes in helping others regulate their nervous systems, release emotional tension, and reconnect with their purpose.

After more than 15 years in business and marketing, building and selling her own company, Jennifer knows what it’s like to live in constant overdrive. Her own experience with burnout and healing led her to study the tools that now form the foundation of her work: Reiki for energetic balance, Guided Meditation for mental clarity and Soul Path Mentorship to guide you back to your inner voice and take the steps to build the life you dream of.

Jennifer brings a calm, attuned presence to every session. She’s skilled at reading the energy in the room, with the animals and responding with care, creating an atmosphere of safety and trust. Each experience is guided by what participants need in the moment, allowing them to fully relax, release tension, and reconnect with a deep sense of peace and clarity.

This is a day to slow all the way down, to ground, to rest, and to listen for what's actually true underneath the noise. A morning with the animals, a guided walk, meditation, and creativity, in the peaceful surroundings of Namastables. Guided by Jacqueline, Jennifer, and a third guide, a small, steady space to hear your own voice again.
