What you'll experience

Conscious Connected Breathwork — release tension, emotions, and stress held within the body. A powerful yet gentle practice for deep emotional release.

Guided Meditation — quiet the mind and reconnect with your inner wisdom and sense of direction.

Sound Healing — crystal singing bowls, gong, and calming frequencies to support deep rest and nervous system regulation.

Reiki Energy Healing — restore energetic balance, grounding, and a sense of renewal throughout the body.

No experience is needed. Whether you are completely new to these practices or have been on your own healing journey for years, this space is held with warmth, care, safety, and full presence.

JJ Hu is the founder of JJ Holistic Healing Arts and creator of the JJ 音养静心® Healing Method. A Reiki Master Teacher, sound healing facilitator, and mindfulness coach, she brings over 20 years in trauma-aware education and energy work — offering healing experiences that are deeply nourishing, emotionally safe, and spiritually uplifting.

She is the author of 52 Weeks of Morning Mantras, host of the podcast JJ, with Mindfulness Talk – A Holistic Approach to Life, and a meditation teacher on Insight Timer. She was recently featured in a national interview on OMNI's Mandarin Focus, where she shared her passion for mindful living and holistic healing.

Her gentle, grounded presence helps clients feel safe, supported, and deeply nourished.

Jennifer Kanyumwa knows what it costs to keep up in the corporate world. After more than 15 years navigating high-pressure environments and building and selling her own business, burnout didn't just slow her down — it stopped her completely. What she found in that stillness was something she had actually been moving toward her whole life.

Jennifer has been on a conscious spiritual path for over 20 years, guided by teachers and mentors across many traditions. That journey, long before any certification, is the true foundation of her work. Now as founder of Mujen Community, she brings all of it together as an intuitive guide and mentor, helping others find their way back to themselves and take real steps toward the life they are dreaming of.

She is a certified Reiki Master, breathwork facilitator, and meditation guide, with a specialty in helping people support their nervous systems, release stored emotional tension, and reconnect with their sense of purpose. In any room, Jennifer brings a calm, attuned presence — a gift for reading what people need in the moment and creating the conditions for genuine rest, release, and reconnection.
